HEADSPACE
Migraine Cocktail
Roam’s clinician-directed migraine infusion, combining 1000 mL of balanced hydration with a selection of medications commonly used in acute-care settings. Because this service includes prescription medications, every client must complete a medical assessment, and individual ingredients may be included, adjusted, or withheld based on clinical appropriateness.

Designed to provide short-term support during a familiar acute migraine episode and help reduce associated nausea, dehydration, and the risk of recurrence when clinically appropriate.
STARTING AT
$200
NOTE: Headspace is not appropriate for a first, sudden, unusually severe, or otherwise unfamiliar headache. New neurological symptoms, loss of consciousness, fever with neck stiffness, recent head injury, pregnancy-related headache, or other concerning symptoms require urgent medical evaluation.
WHAT'S IN HEADSPACE
BENEFITS
A clinician-directed infusion combining balanced hydration with medications commonly used in emergency-department migraine protocols. Each ingredient is administered only when clinically appropriate following medical screening.
TARGETED HEADACHE SUPPORT
Combines hydration with provider-selected medications intended to address multiple components of an acute migraine episode.
REOCCURANCE PREVENTION SUPPORT
Dexamethasone may be selected by the provider to reduce the likelihood of headache recurrence after treatment.
KETROLAC
A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication used for short-term pain relief. Eligibility depends on factors such as kidney function, bleeding risk, medication use, pregnancy status, and medical history.
INDIVIDUALIZED MEDICATION SELECTION
The formula may be modified based on symptoms, allergies, current medications, medical history, and clinical screening.
DIPHENHYDRAMINE
An antihistamine that may be included as part of the provider-directed medication plan. It can cause significant drowsiness, so clients receiving it should not drive afterward.
PERFECT FOR:
Established migraine sufferers experiencing a familiar migraine pattern with associated nausea, reduced oral intake, or dehydration who have been evaluated and approved by a Roam medical provider.
DEXAMETHASONE
A corticosteroid that may be included to help reduce the likelihood of migraine recurrence after initial treatment rather than serving as the primary pain-relieving medication.
