Roam uses Vagaro software as our secure online scheduling and client management platform. Creating a Vagaro account allows clients to safely schedule appointments, complete required medical intake forms, review appointment details, and communicate with our team through one organized system.

To book an appointment, clients will first be redirected to our Vagaro page to create a free account or sign in. From there, you can select your service, choose an appointment time, complete your intake paperwork, and receive appointment confirmations and updates directly through the platform, or through texting or email notifications, based on user preference.
